AN ACT relating to motor vehicle licensing.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186, relating to the licensing of motor vehicles, to create a special Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial license plate; provide for fees charged in addition to normal registration fees to be used to erect and maintain a memorial for Kentucky peace officers killed in the line of duty, and for charitable and educational purposes.
