AN ACT relating to the taxation of racing associations.
     Amend 138.510 to provide a tax exemption on live racing, effective January 1, 2001, at a host track in this state holding a one day international horse racing event; permit the exemption to continue if a succeeding event is held within three years of the previously-held event.
