HB 555 (BR 1948) - T. Burch
AN ACT relating to fire districts.
Amend KRS 75.031 to change the minimum age requirement for a fire district elected board of trustee member from twenty-one (21) to eighteen (18); amend KRS 237.110 to prohibit any person from carrying a concealed firearm into a fire station.
HB 555 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, J. Gray) - Delete the provisions of Section 2 relating to the prohibition for carrying a concealed firearm into a fire station.
HCA (2, T. Burch) - Require property owners voting for board representatives to be at least 18 years of age and require those persons elected to the board to be at least 21 years old.
