AN ACT relating to boiler and pressure vessel inspectors.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 236 to provide boiler and pressure vessel inspectors immunity from liability for damages from injury, death, or loss occurring as a result of any act or omission in the course of their inspections, other than an intentional act or omission.
