AN ACT relating to dog license fees.
Amend KRS 258.095 to define "commercial kennel"; amend KRS 258.135 to increase individual dog license fee from $1.50 to $5 and stipulate how fee is to be distributed; amend KRS 258.165 to increase commercial kennel license fee and stipulate how fee is to be distributed; amend KRS 258.185 and 258.195 to conform; make technical corrections; repeal KRS 258.175.
