AN ACT relating to exemptions from compulsory school attendance.
Amend KRS 159.030 to add chiropractors to the professional persons who can present a signed statement to a local board of education as evidence that a student's physical or mental condition prevents or renders inadvisable attendance at school.
HB 58 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions and require the signed statement of a medical professional to be submitted to the local board of education rather than the Kentucky Board of Education.
