AN ACT relating to small business.
Create new sections in KRS Chapter 11 to create the Commission on Small Business Advocacy, of 25 members as an independent agency attached to the Office of the Governor; set forth duties of the commission and require an annual report to the Governor and the Interim Joint Committee on Economic Development and Tourism; amend KRS 12.020 and 12.023 to conform.
