AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 436 to create the crime of public indecency as a Class A misdemeanor; specify that these provisions do not affect the ability of local governments to regulate or license public places and activities therein.
HB 59 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, G. Tapp) - Delete original provisions, create new section of KRS Chapter 510 to create definitions of full or partial nudity, public place and other terms; create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to create the crime of public indecency as a Class A misdemeanor; create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to create the crime of invasion of privacy as a Class B misdemeanor for a first offense, Class A misdemeanor for a second offense, and Class D felony for a third or subsequent offense.
