AN ACT relating to hazardous duty retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.592 to add the positions of county coroner and deputy coroner to the definition of positions eligible to receive hazardous duty retirement; amend KRS 67.080 to require fiscal courts to appropriate county funds to make the required contributions necessary for participation in the hazardous duty retirement program for coroners and deputy coroners.
