AN ACT relating to economic assistance to local governments.
     Amend KRS 42.450 to require the transfer of all coal severance and processing tax receipts after funding the Osteopathic Medicine Scholarship fund to the local government economic assistance fund; amend KRS 42.470 to eliminate distribution to noncoal-producing impact counties; amend KRS 48.112 and 342.122 to remove the appropriation of coal severance tax for the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Funding Commission for fiscal years after June 30, 2000; amend KRS 164.7891 42.460, 11A.233, 65.920, 154.12-2086, 154.12-224, 154.47-035, and 154.47-070 to conform; repeal KRS 42.4582, 42.4585, 42.4586, 42.4588, 42.4592, and 45.4595.
