AN ACT relating to Kentucky Horse Council license plates.
     Amend KRS 186.1868, regarding Kentucky Horse Council license plates, to allow farm trucks registered under KRS 186.050(4)(a) to receive a Horse Council license plate and require that registration receipts for farm trucks issued a Horse Council plate state the declared gross weight of the vehicle; delay effective date to January 1, 2001.
