AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.645 to specify that one member of the Kentucky Retirement Systems board shall be a member of the Kentucky Education Support Personnel Association (KESPA), elected by the membership of KESPA; reduce the number of gubernatorial appointments from 3 to 2.
