AN ACT relating to property taxes.
     Amend KRS 132.020 to phase out the property tax on motor vehicles for state purposes over three years beginning with the January 1, 2001 assessment. Amend KRS 134.805 to increase the county clerk's commissions for collecting the state property tax on motor vehicles.
