AN ACT relating to claims.
     Amend KRS 44.072 and 44.073 relating to claims against the state to provide for waiving of sovereign immunity to the extent that the state has purchased liability insurance or maintains self-insurance; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to provide for waiver of sovereign immunity of a political subdivision of the Commonwealth to the extent the political subdivision maintains liability insurance or self-insurance.
