AN ACT relating to telecommunications.
     Amend KRS 65.7623 to add a member to the Commercial Mobile Radio Service Emergency Telecommunications (CMRS) Board and extend voting rights to a previously nonvoting member; amend KRS 65.7631 to increase the percentage of funds available for administrative use from 2.5 percent to 5 percent of monthly revenues and to include staff training and public education as allowable uses of funds disbursed to public safety answering points.
