AN ACT relating to intergovernmental agreements.
Amend KRS 67.083, relating to additional powers of fiscal courts, to permit governments cooperating in the provision of public services, to contractually agree for one government to pay 100%, or a lesser percentage, of all or any part of the cost of the joint undertaking; amend KRS 178.010, relating to the construction of the chapter governing county roads, to conform.
