AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Repeal KRS 163.086, which establishes the Governor's Council on Vocational Education; repeal KRS 151B.220, which establishes the Kentucky Job Training Coordinating Council; amend KRS 12.020 to delete references to the Governor's Council on Vocational Education, and to replace the Kentucky Job Training Coordinating Council with the Office of Training and Reemployment within the Cabinet for Workforce Development; amend KRS 151B.215 to replace the executive director of the Governor's Council on Vocational Rehabilitation with the commissioner of the Department for Technical Education on the Kentucky Occupational Information Coordinating Committee; amend KRS 165A.340 to remove the representative of the Governor's Council on Vocational Rehabilitation from the State Board for Proprietary Education.
