AN ACT changing the classification of the City of Pioneer Village, in Bullitt County.
Reclassify the City of Pioneer Village, population 1,456, from a city of the fifth class to a city of the fourth class. Section 156 of the Kentucky Constitution, now repealed, but not yet superseded, requires a population of 3,000 to 7,999 for a city of the fourth class.
