AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Racing Health and Welfare Fund, Inc.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 230 allowing the Kentucky Racing Health and Welfare Fund, Inc., to create and fund the Kentucky Race Track Retirement Plan to benefit certain racing personnel; establish limitations on amount to fund the plan; place restrictions on how plan funds may be invested.
HB 625 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, T. Burch) - Retain in all other provisions, except create a new section of KRS Chapter 230 to allow any standardbred track which participates in simulcasting or intertrack wagering on thoroughbred horse races to receive a share of the funds received that year by the Kentucky Racing Health and Welfare Fund, Inc. in accordance with KRS 230.374, which shall be used by the standardbred track only for the benefit of standardbred racing personnel.
