AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 67A.360 to redefine "total service" and to define "salary"; amend KRS 67A.402 to change the procedure for service purchase; amend KRS 67A.430 to change "total service"; amend KRS 67A.460 to change benefits under disability retirement; amend KRS 67A.492 to change the term which a surviving widow must have been married in order to qualify for benefits; amend KRS 67A.500 to change reemployment and repayment of refunds procedures; amend KRS 67A.530 to change the composition of the board of trustees; amend KRS 67A.560 to require an actuarial analysis once every two years rather than once every three years.
