AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority.
     Amend KRS 342.815 to permit the Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority to bring actions of fraud or to collect premiums in Fayette Circuit Court, or Fayette District Court, or in any other Circuit Court or District Court having venue.
