AN ACT relating to employees.
     Amend sections of KRS Chapter 18A and KRS Chapter 151B to permit employees in the Department for Adult Education and Literacy and the Department for Technical Education to make appeals and grievances to the State Personnel Board, request mediation through the Labor-Management Relations and Mediation Division of the Kentucky Labor Cabinet, or to request third-party arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
