AN ACT relating to hazardous waste.
Amend KRS 224.46-580 to delete the provision that would end the hazardous waste generator fee on June 30, 2000.
HB 643 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Jenkins) - Amend to provide that no generator of waste subject to the assessment shall be assessed more than $50,000 annually.
SCA (1, D. Kelly) - Extend the fee only through June 30, 2002.
