AN ACT relating to economic development.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 154, subchapters 22 and 28, to make new construction of coal burning facilities in coal producing counties eligible for Kentucky Rural Economic Development Act (KREDA) incentives and Kentucky Industrial Development Act (KIDA) incentives.
