AN ACT relating to concealed deadly weapons.
     Amend KRS 237.110 relating to concealed weapon permits to specify that a retired peace officer may carry a concealed deadly weapon in a courthouse or building to testify against a defendant he or she arrested or a probation hearing, excluding carrying in jails or prisons; permit carrying in a police station of the department from which the officer retired; permit carrying in a sheriff's office to renew a concealed weapons permit.
