AN ACT relating to the approval of federally-funded construction projects.
     Amend KRS 278.023 to include within the construction provisions agreements between federal, state, county or city agencies and the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for use of water utility funds, and specify that the 30 day limitation shall begin upon the delivery of an application to the Public Service Commission, and that the processing of the application within the 30 days shall not be interrupted by requests for information from the commission.
