AN ACT relating to insurance.
Create a new section of Subtitle 12 of KRS Chapter 304 to require a liability insurer to pay according to the terms of the policy an insured who is sued for posting the Ten Commandments in a public school building in compliance with KRS 158.195; provide that such posting is not an illegal act but a legal posting of a historical document in compliance with KRS 158.195.
