AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 17.170 to expand class of felons subject to drawing of blood for DNA testing from sex offenders to include felony murder, assault, and kidnapping; amend KRS 17.175, relating to the centralized DNA database, to mandate submission of data to the FBI.
