AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 243.560 to permit person aggrieved by a final order of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to bring suit in the Circuit Court where the licensed premises or the premises to be licensed is located; amend KRS 243.590 to conform.
