AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.510 and 78.510 to allow nonhazardous CERS and KERS employees to retire based on the high 3 years rather than the high 5; amend KRS 16.505 to change time period in high-3 calculation for hazardous final compensation; make technical correction.
