AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 161.155 and KRS 78.616 to require school boards that provide a sick-leave program to certified employees to also provide a sick-leave program for noncertified employees of school boards; purchase service credit for each employee's unused sick leave not in excess of six months; allow unlimited accumulation of sick leave days.
