Amend KRS 522.040 relating to the crime of misuse of confidential information to make a technical correction.
HB 685 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete original provisions and amend KRS 525.120 to increase the penalty for abuse of a corpse to Class D felony if the act involved sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse.
SFA (1, R. Stivers) - Find a person guilty of receiving stolen property when that person has reason to believe that the property has been stolen.
