HB 69 (BR 329) - H. Collins, M. Cherry, M. Weaver
AN ACT relating to licensing of motor vehicle dealers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Amend KRS 190.030, regarding licenses for motor vehicles dealers, manufacturers, and distributors, to eliminate the $100 license fee required on changes of location within the same municipality.
HB 69 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, H. Collins) - Delete references to "within the same municipality" regarding location of change, require all changes in location to require a new application.
SFA (1, C. Borders) - Amend to add a new section 2 amending KRS 189.040, to clarify that manufacturers may offer discounts or rebates on vehicles sold to their employees.
