     AN ACT relating to tourism signage.
     Amend KRS 177.076, to define "tourist area or attraction" and "family entertainment center"; amend KRS 177.077 to reduce the distance requirements for limited supplemental guidelines from 50 miles to 25 miles; amend KRS 177.078 to make deposits for limited supplemental guide sign refundable.
