AN ACT relating to education support personnel.
     Amend KRS 161.011 to provide for a due process hearing by an impartial hearing officer when an education classified or support employee is subject to termination; provide that seniority takes precedence in layoffs and employee recall situations, regardless of the source of funding; make technical corrections.
