AN ACT relating to civil rights.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 344 to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation in housing and employment; prohibit insurance agencies and financial institutions from discriminating based on sexual orientation in housing and mortgage-related transactions.
