AN ACT relating to traffic regulations.
Amend KRS 189.450 to exempt solid waste collection vehicles from the prohibition against stopping on a highway.

SCS - Retain provision of original bill and attach provisions of HB 988, requiring placement of signs notifying drivers of the prohibition against driving in the left hand lane of interstates and parkways; attach provisions of SB 292 / GA, raising the speed limit on selected routes.
