AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 131 to allow a tax credit for the purchase of equipment used to extract oil and natural gas; create a new section of KRS Chapter 136 to allow the credit against corporate license tax; create a new section of KRS Chapter 137 to allow the credit against the crude petroleum production tax; create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to allow the credit against individual and corporate income tax; create a new section of KRS Chapter 143A to allow the credit against natural resources severance tax; amend KRS 141.0205 to indicate how the portion of the credit claimed against income taxes shall be allowed.
