     AN ACT relating to fish and wildlife.
     Amend KRS 150.395, relating to prohibition against spotlighting of game, to delete intent to poach.

HB 722 - AMENDMENTS


     HCA (1, J. Turner) - Include lawful fishing to be exempt from the bill; make violation a prepayable penalty of $150, rather than from $300 to $1,000.
     HCA (2, R. Thomas) - Retains original provisions of bill; adds inhabited buildings to list of areas and structures prohibited to spotlight.
     HFA (1, W. Allen) - Reinstate language requiring an intent to poach before being in violation of spotlighting law.
     SFA (1, R. Roeding) - Reinstate language requiring an intent to poach before being in violation of spotlighting law.
