     AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.535 and 161.470 to provide that for persons hired after August 1, 2000, who participate in KERS, CERS, SPRS, or Teachers' Retirement, there shall be forfeiture of retirement benefits if convicted of a felony related to their employment.
