AN ACT relating to deferred compensation.
     Amend KRS 18A.230 to distinguish the meaning of "employee" in local deferred compensation plans; amend KRS 18A.270 to clarify elements of a local government deferred compensation plan and to expand the investment opportunities for local plans; amend KRS 18A.275 to expand the investment opportunities for local plans.
