AN ACT relating to boarding homes.
     Amend KRS 216B.305 to permit boarding home operator, boarder, and boarder's attorney or guardian to enter into a written agreement to allow boarder to remain at the boarding home when his or her needs exceed the definition of boarder; continue to consider that resident as a boarder; require that the written agreement include a hold harmless clause for civil liability relating to the personal care of the boarder, but does not limit liability for negligent or criminal conduct.
