AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 16 to transfer the Division of Vehicle Enforcement, Transportation Cabinet, the Department of State Police, Justice Cabinet, and to provide for transfer of personnel and equipment, training, and related matters; create a new section of KRS Chapter 281 to prohibit employees of the Department of Vehicle Regulation from having general peace officer powers and limit their enforcement authority to coverage of commercial vehicles only; amend KRS 15.380 relating to officers required to be certified to include Division of Vehicle Enforcement; create a new section of KRS Chapter 12 to prohibit reorganization; repeal KRS 281.770.
