AN ACT relating to public health departments.
     Amend KRS 211.005 to specify role of Department of Public Health includes data collection, identification of health risks, and establishment of policies to reduce health risks; specify mandated services of the state department and local health departments; permit personal preventive services to the extend funds are available; require state department to promulgate administrative regulations; cite as the Kentucky Core Public Health Act.
