AN ACT relating to the Tennessee Valley Authority.
     Amend KRS 61.365 to give Tennessee Valley Police officers peace officer powers throughout Kentucky; create a new section of KRS Chapter 3 to cede concurrent criminal jurisdiction to the United States over any Tennessee Valley Authority property.
