AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend KRS 344.510 to provide that spouse of Governor shall be a member of the Kentucky Commission on Women; confirm Executive Order 98-1377.

SCS - Delete the amendment to KRS 344.510 which appoints the spouse of the Governor as a standing member on the Commission on Women; confirm Executive Order 98-1377 and extend its effectiveness until December 9, 2003.
