Create a new section of KRS Chapter 365 to prohibit commerce in counterfeit goods and services.
HB 789 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/FN/CI - Retain original provisions of bill except change one definition of "Counterfeit mark" so that it means intellectual property knowingly affixed to any item without the authority of the owner of the intellectual property.
