AN ACT relating to restitution in criminal cases.
Amend KRS 532.033 relating to orders of restitution in criminal cases to require interest to be paid on the unpaid balance of restitution payment.
HB 794 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, G. Neal) - Require prosecutors to calculate and recommend to the court the interest to be paid and payment schedule of any court ordered restitution; and require the court to order restitution payments when an order of conviction is entered.
