AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend and create various KRS sections to transfer the Office of Aging Services from the Cabinet for Families and Children to the Cabinet for Health Services; transfer the Institute for Aging, the Office of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, and the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Advisory council from the Cabinet for Families and Children to the Cabinet for Health Services; repeal KRS 194B.550, 194B.552, 194B.555, and 194B.559; confirm Executive Order 99-80.
