AN ACT relating to school safety.
     Amend KRS 161.190 to define harassment; require a behavior and discipline code of a school to prohibit harassment in the school or at a school-sponsored event; require the code to have penalties for a violation; establish that violators may be subject to criminal action under KRS 525.070; amend KRS 158.440 to establish that school employees should have access to a safe, secure and orderly school; and amend KRS 158.445 to require that school safety and student discipline assessments include an assessment of policies protecting individuals from harassment; amend KRS 161.990 to conform.
